Film Festival En Español The film festival at the National Harm Reduction Conference showcases the vibrant spirit and creativity of the harm reduction community. Conference attendees have the opportunity to view feature films, shorts, and public service announcements that highlight unique perspectives, historical and social commentary, grassroots advocacy, and primers on how to start local harm reduction programs. Film has the power to offer fresh perspectives, spark debate, educate, and create change. Submissions are closed. If you are interested in being a part of our film festival: Complete the abstract submission form to submit information and description of your film. Once you open the form, select the category and then there is an option for the Film Festival. Select Film Festival. Once you’ve selected that option, you can add a description of your film and we will contact you later if you have been accepted.
